Made to order

Every Carbon District part is made to order from premium 3K twill-weave carbon fibre and hand-inspected before it leaves us. Please allow 4–6 weeks from your order date for production, inspection and delivery to your door — we'd always rather take the time to get it right than rush it.

We ship across Ireland, the EU, the UK and selected countries worldwide. If you're ordering from outside Ireland, the UK and the EU, email us at hello@carbondistrict.ie or use our contact page before you order, and we'll confirm the lead time and availability for your country.

UK orders

UK orders ship fully duty-paid to your door — there's nothing to pay on arrival. Just like Ireland and the EU, all customs duties, VAT and handling are covered in the price you pay, so your part arrives with no customs charges, import taxes or surprise fees at the door.

Customs & import duties (outside IE/UK/EU)

For orders outside Ireland, the UK and the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's rules. We're not able to control or cover customs processing, and can't be responsible for any delays it causes.

Tracking & updates

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number — and we keep you posted by email as your order moves through production and delivery, so you always know where it is.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, get in touch at help@carbondistrict.ie within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or via our contact page) and we'll look into it straight away. We may ask for a few photos of the damage and the packaging to help.
