Made to order

Every Carbon District part is made to order from premium 3K twill-weave carbon fibre and hand-inspected before it leaves us. Please allow 4–6 weeks from your order date for production, inspection and delivery to your door — we'd always rather take the time to get it right than rush it.

We ship across Ireland, the EU, the UK and selected countries worldwide. If you're ordering from outside the EU, email us at hello@carbondistrict.ie or use our contact page before you order, and we'll confirm the lead time and availability for your country.

Brexit & UK orders

Orders heading to the United Kingdom may pick up customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These are set by UK customs and are the customer's responsibility, so they aren't included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs & import duties (non-EU)

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's rules. We're not able to control or cover customs processing, and can't be responsible for any delays it causes.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow it any time at carbondistrict.ie/apps/17TRACK.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, get in touch at help@carbondistrict.ie within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or via our contact page) and we'll look into it straight away. We may ask for a few photos of the damage and the packaging to help.
