Satisfaction promise
Every part we make is something we'd happily bolt onto our own cars, and we stand behind all of it. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Whether it turns up damaged, doesn't fit, or simply isn't what you pictured, just reach out and we'll get it sorted quickly.
30-day return window
You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. As long as the part is unused, uninstalled and back in its original packaging with the tags still on, you're covered — for any reason at all. And we never charge a restocking fee.
How to start a return
Start your return by emailing help@carbondistrict.ie or messaging us through our contact page — just include your order number and a quick line on why you're sending it back. We'll reply with a return authorisation and simple instructions on where to ship it. One thing to note: please wait until you've heard from us, as parcels sent back without authorisation can't be processed.
Non-returnable items
Just so there are no surprises, a few things can't be returned:
- Fully custom or bespoke parts made for non-catalogue fitments
- Items damaged during installation
- Sale items and gift cards
Damage on arrival
Give your order a quick once-over as soon as it lands. If anything's arrived damaged, email a couple of photos of both the part and the packaging to help@carbondistrict.ie within 48 hours and we'll get a free replacement on its way — no questions asked.
Fitment guarantee
Every part is fitment-guaranteed for the make and model listed. If it doesn't fit the vehicle stated in our catalogue, that's on us: we'll cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you — whichever you'd prefer.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If you're in the EU, you also have a 14-day right to cancel after delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This sits alongside our 30-day policy, so whichever gives you more time is the one that applies.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and let you know it's approved (or, in rare cases, why it isn't). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
Return postage is down to you, unless the part is faulty, was sent in error, or doesn't fit the vehicle listed — in those cases, it's on us.
