STEP 01 / 06
Raw carbon tow
It begins as thousands of carbon filaments — each thinner than a human hair — bundled into a single tow.
Woven 3K twill
Tows are woven into the signature 3K twill cloth — the diagonal weave you see on every genuine part.
Pre-impregnated
The cloth is pre-impregnated with epoxy resin, locking in strength before it reaches the mould.
Hand layup
Each ply is laid by hand into a precision mould, angled for maximum strength in every direction.
Cured under pressure
Sealed under vacuum and cured with heat and pressure until it's rock-solid and feather-light.
Trimmed & clear-coated
Demoulded, trimmed and finished in a deep UV-stable clear-coat. The result:
